Terms & Conditions
​​All bookings to be paid prior to attending a class. Payments can be made online via the website or by bank transfer. Please contact me directly for bank details.
​Term plans run consecutively and benefit from 10% discount. If you cannot attend one of your sessions, you have the following options:
a. Attend another face-to-face class in the same week
b. Join a live online class via the zoom platform.
c. Request a recording of an online class to practice in your own time.
No rolling over of course sessions, all class plans must start and end at the same time.
​There is a 48hr cancellation policy for 1:1 and 2:1 lessons. If you cancel after the 48hr window, your session will be lost.
There is a 24hr cancellation policy on all face-to-face classes, if you have booked a specific class and cancel after the 24hr window, you will incur the cost of the class. Alternatively, you can drop into another face-to-face class (subject to space availability) or attend an online live or on demand class.
​Please arrive promptly, at least 5 minutes before class. You will need a little time to set up and take the equipment needed for class. It is vital you do not miss the class introduction and warm up and not to disrupt the flow of the class or disturb fellow class attendees.

All mobile phones to be switched off before class starts.
On demand classes are deleted after 10 days. Please ensure you have used your class within the 10-day window.
On demand classes are for regular class attendees only. Please do not share Marlborough Pilates content or online classes without prior permission.
​For your own safety, a pre-exercise medical questionnaire must be completed before participating in your first Pilates class. A letter from your GP or practitioner may be required if there is a particular health concern that requires clinical permission. This form will be emailed to you prior to commencing class. All information given is fully confidential and never shared.
No photography or filming in classes unless otherwise permitted.
